Sales Account Manager

We currently have an opportunity for an sales account manager to work at our depot in Dublin.

The prime responsibility will be to generate new business by opening new accounts for Celuplast Building Solutions, whilst maintaining existing accounts and increasing their purchases by range selling, introducing new products and supporting their growth.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Regional Account Manager is expected to play a key role in the sales growth across the whole sales territory.

This is a full-time position working hours as necessary to fulfil the role, Monday to Friday

  • To deliver the agreed sales and gross margin targets as set out in the overall corporate and financial objectives of the business.
  • To effectively manage the customer base ensuring that all opportunities are both identified and developed.
  • To effectively manage time to ensure the optimum amount of face to face contact with key decision makers in prospect or customer organisations.
  • To build a viable, on-going “sales funnel” of suspects, prospects & new customers.
  • To provide reports, as requested, providing analysis of results and providing future development plans.
  • To ensure that optimum customer contact is maintained.
  • To maintain, up-date and effectively utilise the company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • To ensure that agreed KPI’s in respect of the Sales Team are achieved.
  • To efficiently respond to any customer enquiries, whether face to face or by phone, email or fax, in a timely and professional manner.
  • To take an active role in the new product process from suggestion through to launch.
  • To undertake additional tasks as may be required by the Sales Manager.
  • To pass on any market or customer specific information to the relevant person.
  • A proven record in trade sales role(s) over a period of time.
  • Experience within the Builders, Roofing or Plumbers Merchant sectors.
  • To act in a professional manner at all times.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
  • A proven effective team player with the ability to be flexible in order to deal with day to day challenges.
  • A clean driving licence.
  • Good IT skills, especially relating to Microsoft Office.
  • The job holder will have access to some sensitive information; therefore integrity and an ability to maintain confidentiality are key attributes.
  • Establishes good relationships with customers and staff.
  • Team Lead experience is essential for this position.
  • English language profiency to a professional level

Internal Sales Manager

We currently have an opportunity for an internal sales manager to work at our depot in Dublin.

Leading by example you will manage a Customer Service team focused on being the best in class, ensuring that Celuplast Building Solutions are easy to deal with and the go to supplier for our range of products. This is an internal position in the Dublin office.

You will bring the internal office customer experience to the next level with faultless service that keeps the customer happy. You will look for opportunities to enhance sales and increase growth by using the customer service team

  • To ensure that all procedures and policies are understood by all the customer service team and to carry out the work to the standards of the company.
  • Looking at procedures within the company and how they can be bettered to make it easier for the customers and the customer service team.
  • Looking at ways to improve the way we work to help the customer i.e. how we communicate issues.
  • Making sure that the customer service team are helping the customer have a good relationship with the company as well as making it easier for them to buy our products.

  • Making sure all paperwork is filed and looked at correctly by the internal sales team.
  • Liaise with the operations team if any last-minute orders come in to see if they can go out to the customer.
  • Finding new ways to boost sales using the internal sales team.
  • Will be responsible for adding new procedures when new systems come into place and making sure that all internal sales team on trained on this.
  • To develop and maintain good product knowledge and provide excellent customer service
  • To make sure the customer service team understand the current products and any new products coming to market ensuring that customers are informed and aware
  • To liaise with the operations team to make sure goods going out are going out in the best possible way by looking at cost involved. Making sure customers are happy but our costs are also looked at.
  • Handling customer complaints ensuring issues are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer and the company
  • Be aware of Monthly sales targets and performance against them. Use the office with new ideas and the current ones to aid in the achievement of the target.
  • Drive the Sales function, by inspiring by example to create a customer focused, positive and effective working environment with a collective common goal.
  • Development and execution of growth plans and call targets for existing customers that will maintain and/or expand existing sales levels
  • To manage the Customer Service Team to maintain telephone contact with low value accounts, not included in the Sales Teams Call Plans.
  • The job holder will act as the primary point of contact for a small number of specific / critical accounts
  • Looking after damages and sending out replacements while making sure that the whole internal service team are following guideline i.e. reporting and claiming on damages and only sending out goods if we have pictures.
  • To aid the sales representative team on the road with information they require and solving queries for them.
  • To make sure the whole internal sales team are working in the same direction.
  • Making sure that all information is communicated throughout the company for example any issues so that Purchasing know of any issues.
  • To manage the Customer Service Team to qualify 5 “Suspects” each per week. The list of targets to be provided by the Sales Managers
  • To complete specific projects as defined by DSP & AS (e.g. draw up a “Welcome Pack” for new customers).
  • Analysis of promotions to assess their success and to provide specific feedback to the Sales Team.
  • To instigate and co-ordinate customer surveys in order to identify how we can improve our service?
  • Introducing & managing KPIs in line with company sales targets.
  • Must have a minimum of 1+ years of sales manager busy retail environment, with fast moving goods.
  • Establishes good relationships with customers and staff.
  • Competent at managing task priorities.
  • Can easily manage constantly changing priorities.
  • Has basic Computer Skills.
  • Team Lead experience is essential for this position.
  • Relates well to people at all levels.
  • English language profiency to a professional level
  • Must be Dublin based or willing to travel to the Dublin office daily.
  • Making sure all orders have been put on the system and that any out of stocks or other issues have been communicated to the customer.
  • Make sure all issues have been dealt with in a swift manner so that the customer is happy.
  • Making sure the customer service team are making their daily calls and adding in more information about new products or special offers to try and aid the sales target.
  • Dealing with any issues that the customers face and looking to find solutions for them that are right for the company i.e. when a customer gets damages.
  • Planning for the week and day ahead so that the work of the customer service team has been done.
  • Delegating work in different times of the workday to make sure all daily tasks are completed.

Yard Team Leader

We currently have an opportunity for a Yard Team Leader to work at our depot in Dublin.

  • To efficiently move finished product within and outside warehouse environment.
  • Ensure that documentation, labelling, palletisation and presentation are done accurately as they are critical for delivery preparation.
  • To be responsible for movement/storage of product, unload/load vehicles and monitor key performance indicators such as movements, damage and on time dispatch.
  • Ensure the warehouse and equipment is cleaned to standard on a daily/regular basis.

In All Cases you will liaise closely with the Warehouse Manager enhancing processes and procedures and ensuring their effective implementation and communication to all staff.

  • All Inbound Product checked in thoroughly ensuring quality of all items received.
  • Complete all Paperwork / Scanning on time and following company processes.
  • Notifying the Goods In Administrator of arrivals and informing the Warehouse Manager and Production Manager of all Goods Received.
  • Performing Put Away of Goods in the Yard ensuring accessibility and promoting FIFO at all times.
  • Managing Goods / Customers arriving at Goods In.
  • Ensuring the Yard is always in Pristine Condition with everything having a place and everything in its place.
  • Working closely with the Warehouse Manager and Supervisor to ensure replenishment orders are fulfilled for the Shop as required.
  • Ensuring Customer Returns are checked in immediately and relevant documents sent to the Warehouse Manager and Sales Teams.
  • Ensuring Supplier Returns are Managed and efficiently returned with all relevant paperwork and notification is sent to Purchasing of confirmation of return.
  • Perform Rolling Stock Checks as per schedule dictated by the Warehouse Manager.
  • Ensure all products are Labelled and Location known of every product in the Yard at all times.
  • Liaise with Warehouse Manager to Replenish Yard as and when required.
  • Quality of product on all orders dispatched must be to the highest standard ensuring 100% Customer Satisfaction in all dispatches including Trade Counter, Customer Deliveries and all Third Party Distribution Orders are packed efficiently and safely for transport.
  • Demonstrate and promote a proactive commitment to health & safety, well being and the environment whilst complying with all laws and company policies as directed by warehouse manager
  • Communicate well with diverse groups in and out of the organisation.
  • Problem solving and fault finding abilities are a necessary attribute when dealing with goods inwards and dispatch of products, and ability to develop and effective plan on how to tackle it.
  • Transparency in this role is extremely important.
  • Critical thinking is essential in this role at all times.
  • Time Management is essential to meet and exceed deadlines and deliverables.
  • Support companywide initiatives to improve service levels to our customers.
  • Be an active functional member of the warehouse team. Co-operation and input will be required in relation to team performance.
  • You will be called upon for occasional weekend work.
  • Where necessary in-house training will be given.
  • Normal operating hours 07:30 to 17:00.
  • Must have a minimum of 2+ Years of Yard Operations experience in a busy retail environment, with fast moving goods.
  • Establishes good relationships with customers and staff.
  • Manage Task priorities.
  • Manage Constantly changing priorities.
  • Basic Computer Skills.
  • Team Lead experience is essential for this position (2+ Years)
  • Forklift license Experience in counter balance. (3+ Years)
  • Knowledge of WMS Systems.
  • Relates well to people at all levels.
  • IIPPM qualification would be an advantage.

Customer Support Agent

We currently have an opportunity for a Customer Support Agent to work at our main office in Dublin.

We are seeking an outgoing, organised, and friendly customer support agent to join our growing team and provide top-notch service to our customers in person in our shop environment. To be responsible for movement/storage of product, unload/load vehicles.

In this role you will interact directly with our customers to answer questions, solve problems, provide education, and maintain our company’s reputation for high-quality service.
